Rosetta is Elena Reygadas’ flagship restaurant. Her cuisine is based on respect for Mexican ingredients from small producers. Its à la carte menu changes constantly according to the seasonality of the products and has a strong emphasis on the vegetable world. Rosetta seeks to promote the consumption of a planetary diet that is beneficial to human health and does not harm the environment. It’s located in Roma neighborhood, in Mexico City. In 2023 Rosetta was selected as one of the 50 best restaurants in the world according to 50 Best. In 2024 it was awarded a Michelin star.
