I was born in Mexico City in 1976. I am Lea and Julieta’s mother. I studied English Literature, but for the last twenty years I have been dedicated to cooking. I always seek to make food that is healthy for our bodies as well as for the planet earth. I am interested in thinking of restaurants as platforms that support sustainable forms of food production, encourage biodiversity conservation and foster conviviality and sharing. In 2023 I was selected The World’s Best Female Chef.
